We have certainly learned that you don’t really miss something until it’s gone. The coronavirus pandemic certainly took a bite out of live music for most of 2020.
Big artists like Blake Shelton, Brooks & Dunn, and Taylor Swift have all cancelled their tours for 2020. Most of Boss Country’s beloved Texas Country artists, who depend on gigs at your local honky-tonk for a living, have packed it in for the year.

There are a few shows that are happening but with smaller crowds, and all the required rules in place, such as masks and strict social distancing. It’s a very different atmosphere, than what all of us are use too.
The tours and the bar gigs will come back someday and we encourage you to go to as many as you can. Artists of all genres of music are targeting 2021 for resumption of the concert season.
These shows should be awesome! Recording artists live for playing in person and have built up a lot of energy. We are probably going to see some of the best performances of all time by these artists.
Boss Country will keep you up-to-date on touring news. Do us, and yourself, a favor and go see them. Go to the big arena shows and pop in your local watering hole and see someone on their way up.
We have missed live music and can’t wait to hear it again.
